Your Responsibilities

    You agree not to use VisiTrend for any illegal purposes or to track sensitive personal health data.

2. Beta Software

VisiTrend is currently in its Beta Phase. While we strive for 99.9% uptime and accuracy, you acknowledge that occasional bugs or data discrepancies may occur as we refine the platform.

3. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior (e.g., attempting to ddos our tracking API).

Liability

VisiTrend is not liable for any business losses, data inaccuracies, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our analytics service.
